I offer wellness assessments, private Yoga sessions and Ayurvedic massage therapies. I also host the ‘Samvatsara Journey’, a one year course designed to focus on Yoga and Ayurveda from an individual practice perspective.
I want you to fall in love with Yoga and Ayurveda as a practice, a philosophy, a lifestyle. My focus is on the psychological as well as the physical effects of Yoga, using this therapeutically within Yoga classes or on a one to one basis. These practices can be adapted for everyone, no matter what your current situation. The
Yoga is used in partnership with Ayurveda so that your lifestyle and practice are balanced according to your individual constitution and health needs. This offers a balanced practice with room for individuals to explore their own capabilities and to work within their limitations.
I am a qualified general nurse, and I completed my Yoga teacher training in 2009 and have been working with Ayurveda since 2015. I continue to self study with my teachers in the UK and abroad.
My aim is to promote health, wellness and happiness in each and every individual so that they can experience the best that they can be, both physically as well and emotionally and psychologically.
