I am an experienced Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor, accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have worked in various settings including Mental Health Residential Care, NHS secondary primary care (CMHT), voluntary agencies and in private practice for over 12 years.
My working model is Integrative, using techniques adapted from counselling approaches such as, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Rogerian and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. By using this approach I use the 'most effective' parts of a number of theories so the widest range of problems can be tackled, empowering my clients to make better choices for the future.

I am experienced in providing clinical & practice supervision to recovery support workers in Australia and London. I offer individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. Supervision is a professional requirement; it offers a valuable learning forum and reflective space for development.
I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy - Many clients prefer to walk whilst they talk. Some clients find that the therapy room restricts change and taking the session outside into nature can be more relaxing.
Research studies show that physical activity can enhance client’s mental & physical health. Depression & Anxiety levels can be reduced by physical activity.
